DeFine Design
Design Retainer & Fees
A minimum 5 hour design retainer is required to start a project. A design retainer contract will be drawn up based on the scope of work. The retainer is non-refundable and valid for 1 year. Hours exceeding design retainer contract are due upon receipt of invoice. We charge an hourly rate of $125, anything you are purchasing through DeFINE Design is at our cost. Any contractors or installers are paid directly by the client.
